For Athletes who take
the long view.

Coaching informed by daily clinical work with endurance athletes, because the best training plan is the one that keeps you healthy enough to follow it.

Who am I?

Who am I?

Hi! I'm Ben Hoskyn, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and endurance coach focused on helping athletes train smarter, stay healthy, and perform at a high level over the long term.

I earned my Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Boise State University and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University of Oregon. Since then, I've dedicated my clinical career exclusively to endurance athletes, treating runners and cyclists every day in a specialty setting.

What shapes my work isn't just clinical training: it's lived experience.

As an active runner and cyclist, I've made the same training mistakes that eventually bring athletes into the clinic: poor volume management, inadequate recovery, and failing to account for life stress. Seeing these patterns play out both personally and professionally has shaped my philosophy centered on prevention, sustainability, and long-term development.
